All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and product names appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for purposes of parody, commentary, and transformative artistic expression under applicable fair use and free speech principles.

The visual design, layout, color palette, and interaction patterns of the Site are transformative parodies intended as artistic commentary on internet culture, food imagery, and media consumption. No actual video content, user-generated material, or adult material of any kind is hosted, streamed, or displayed.

Age Restriction

The chicken nugget imagery was generated using advanced AI image models and further refined. They depict only food items. No real animals were harmed, and no actual chicken nuggets were objectified in the production of this artwork.

If you believe any Content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We will respond promptly and in good faith.

Privacy (Minimal Data Collection)

Nuggshub collects no personally identifiable information (PII) from visitors in the ordinary course of use.

• Voting: When you like or dislike a nugget, we record only a cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of your IP address combined with a secret server salt. This hash is stored solely to enforce one-vote-per-nugget-per-IP and to power global sorting algorithms. Raw IP addresses are never stored, logged, or associated with any other data. The salt is rotated periodically and never disclosed.
• No cookies for tracking: We use only essential localStorage for your personal age-gate confirmation and client-side preferences. No third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking.
• Server logs: Standard Cloudflare edge logs (IP, country, timestamp, path) are retained only as long as required for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance, then purged.
• No accounts: There are no user registrations, emails, passwords, or profiles.

We do not sell, rent, or share any data. Because we store only irreversible hashes, we cannot map a data deletion request back to a specific vote record without the original IP + salt (which we do not retain). Contact us anyway and we will make reasonable efforts.

UK / Regional Notes

Certain jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, maintain strict laws regarding online content classification, age verification, and adult-oriented material presentation. Nuggshub makes no claim that its artistic food imagery falls under any particular regulatory category.
